Large flooding on the road

There is a large dip in the road in front of Daebak Korean Restaurant, when it rains this dip fills with water, so much water that when cars drive past it splashes anybody who walks past and sometimes even splashes against the door of the restaurant, so customers always complain about coming in and out the door and getting soaked by ongoing cars
