Can you kindly follow up on this, as it is currently causing dangerous risk to life and limb? The problem has just worsened much further, without resolution and more driveways are getting inundated. I have attached today's problem. As you can see, the flooding of the footpath and the road, is pushing kids and adults to cross dangerously on the road. Also, neighbours (including elderly couple with medical needs) are house bound due to the issue. Can you please, please escalate for urgent action, before we are all put into further risk? This is causing a lot of mental stress for all of us.

    Drain is completely blocked and all water is flowing into my front garden.
