Lighting and Countdown not working
You have just fobbed me off saying this is local Council problem and not a Tfl one. The Countdown board is your responsibility as it is a TfL information system,
Is an insult to ask me to take up with local council as I have no contacts
Please take it up with local council as liaison is your responsibility not mine
If you prevaricate I will take up to a higher level in TfL - in fact please ensure this is escalated to a higher level or provide me with email address for an escalation manager within TfL
Your report has been investigated and we have reported this to our contractors. We will aim to fix this within 28 days, however if this is a power supply problem it may take longer.
