Abandoned cycle

I'm a resident in a communal housing one of the tenants has your bicycle nr 2430 im just wondering if it's a lost or stolen.

He keeps it as it's own. In the garden area 17-19 shirland rd London W92JD

    A Bicycle possibly thrown over the fence into the Garden of 4, Shirland Road. The property is being used by St Mungo's Charity Organisation . The Bicycle is kept at the back Garden by a staff for collection by TFL.
