Uneven floor on commercial road opposite new road market. The pavement needs to be corrected to prevent future injuries

Hi. I’m contacting from Shalamar Kebab House. Our shop basement is underneath this pavement and every time if rains our basement gets flooded with water. The walls are also getting very damp. We think there’s a hole on the pavement and that’s why the rain water is coming inside our basement. It needs waterproofing as soon as possible.
