Blocked outside 72 Battersea Rise

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2826795.

Due to the blocked drain, when it rained the water did not go down the drain but rose onto the pavement and into the property. As a result the water flooded the basement of property 72.

Please attend to blocked drains.
