I am writing to inform you that everyone is facing great difficulties passing on the Footpath, due to obstruction in the Footpath, which is leaving extremely little room, not only this, but there is also Street Light pole and Cycle Stand, which makes the Footpath even narrower. Additionally, people are also at Risk from Health and Safety, as people run to catch the Bus, where the Bus Stop is also situated straight after this Shop. Please also note, this shop extension or footpath obstruction, the whole thing has been bolted onto the Footpath. Please see images attached. This type of obstruction is extremely hazardous and dangerous for pedestrians, especially wheelchair and pushchair users, even for the blind, it is extremely high risk. Please let me know if they are allowed to do this, then I will also do this up to the Bus Stop. Please let me know of the Outcome. Thank you.

I have seen people running for the bus, and all the time, people bump into each other, because when people are running, they cannot see on coming pedestrians. Additionally, I have seen late night, when this shop is closed, people having piss in the corner. This gives a really foul smell, and its not good or healthy. I was also speaking to them about this, and they were extremely rude. Their neighbour, seems much nicer, and they also said they will do this, if it is allowed, this will leave very little room to board and leave the bus and also makes it harder to get through, especially when people park their bicycles, sometimes more then one. it is extremely very tight space for movement, and a very high risk and hazard. At first I thought it will be temporary, but this also fixed to the ground with bolts.

My mum is finding it extremely difficult to push her trolley, especially as very narrow space with Bicycle Park, she was extremely lucky she did not get injured, her trolley almost went into the road as she hit the parked Bike pedals, as path is extremely narrow. Even two people cannot pass through, only one person at a time, so very difficult for someone like my mum, who is also aged. I would appreciate if serious action is taken immediately, as this is extremely hazardous. I live on Ravensbourne Road, and usually any changes in the community, we get notified in the post, but I have not received anything in regards to this, so I believe it is done without permission or public consent. I really hope you will do something before someone is seriously injured.
