Loose noisy manhole cover

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2838376.
A manhole cover on the corner of Fournier and Commercial street outside Ten Bells pub is loose and is making a very loud noise. The road is very busy so this noise is quite disturbing. Please can TfL send a crew to fix as the earliest possible convenience.

I notice someone else has put in a complaint about this faulty manhole cover as well. It was repaired a few years ago but now has been going on again for the last six months and that coupled with the roadworks to the traffic lights is unbearable. You can hear the clatter 12 times in the 30 second video.

Why are you not repairing this? I have reported it numerous times. TfL. Ow says it is not your responsibility but whose responsibility is it and why won’t you get them to fix it?
