Buses do not stop here and no sign to say its closed
Reported via mobile in the Damage - other (bus stops and shelters) category anonymously at 15:16, Tuesday 6 July 2021
Sent to TfL 18 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS2845115.
There are a lot of elderly people many in wheel chairs and families with baby buggies/ trolleys who have to cross Plumstead Road to get the bus at Woolwich station. People with shopping have to walk all the way down from the shops. Why cannot the stand be moved a further 10 yards up (in front of Sainsbury's) as traffic do not use the outside lane? Additionally as there is no closed sign people are stand there waiting for a bus Please get this done as many people in the area are finding it extremely difficult. Thanks.
Thank you for taking the time to report this to. We appreciate this an wanted to let you know that we’ve re-categorised this and it will now be directed to the appropriate team.
