Traffic light (still) stuck on red

Sent to TfL 16 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS2846029.
I opened a report on 2/7/21 for the cycle traffic light at this junction which is stuck on red & not reacting to cyclists waiting at the lights as shown in the photo. The report was closed as fixed but having been though this light again tonight can confirm it's still stuck on red (at least it was for the two minutes I observed).
