Blocked storm drain at corner of Kennington Road & Windmill Row (SE11 4LD)

The storm drain outside 320/318 Kennington Rd has been blocked with leaves since last winter and recently, road workers have tipped tar and debris into the drain. The corner floods everytime there is rain fall. The drain is on the road at kerbside at the junction of Kennington Road and Windmill Row. Postcode is SE11 4LD, would you please unblock. Thanks.

If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days. Update 25JULY. Heavy rainfall today and several local shops in neighbourhood closed due to flooding. Per the photo, the storm drain is chocked and needs to be cleared urgently. This has been blocked for a long time and requires immediate attention please.
