Wait button goes out without a 'green to pedestrians' phase
Reported via desktop in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 05:37, Wed 14 July 2021
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2863108.
Waiting to cross from South to North the button activated the "wait" signal, but the 'wait' signal went out without a pedestrian crossing phase. It looked as if the error was linked to phase changes at the opposite (eastbound) carriageway. This was observed on 13 July 2021
