  • Dear Sir/Madam

First of all want to thank you for sending someone to cut certain part of the trees.

I wanted to ask that how comes they haven't cut the rest of the branches of the tree as they are very long and are affecting our cars in our yard and also its making a big mess. Could you please advice.

    Thank you Kind Regards

    Mr I Maljee

  • Hi Enquirer

The problem here is is the the rear of the trees are on private land which we cannot enter without the express permission and agreement with the freeholders concerned. This is the reason the back section remains as it is. We realistically need to speak directly to yourselves to take this further. Can you please contact us via TfL Customer Services Many thanks Asset Operations
