Dangerous and hazardous pavement
Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect (uneven surface / cracked paving slab) category anonymously at 17:35, Thursday 15 July 2021
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2867773.
The section of pavement has been covered in discharge for years and not attended to. This discharge, which can be seen is a traitorous surface to pass, including water deposits, pigeon faeces, mud and grime. There failed drainage causes this section to be un-usable for many people, so pedestrians have to step into the dual carriageway. It is often impossible for wheelchairs, prams, and disabled users to pass to get to the 232 bus stop and access the other side in general.
