Loose/Noisy Manhole Cover
Reported via desktop in the Manhole Cover - Damaged (rocking or noisy) category anonymously at 10:14, Fri 16 July 2021
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2868913.
A man hole/drain cover; which is on the Western Avenue just by the western avenue bridge. If you were travelling up the western avenue towards Greenford then the man hole would be on the other side of the dual carriageway. It is loose and every time traffic heavier than a car goes over it, there is a loud noise; which is very disturbing. I can hear it from my house which is many houses down St Dunstan’s from the Western Avenue. It makes a noise all day and night and wakes me up. I have had to keep my window closed and at the moment that makes the room very hot
