Pedestrian barriers need replacing

Sent to TfL 1 day, 20 hours, 14 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS2871664.
Accidents weeks/months ago mean barriers protecting pedestrian crossing are missing. This is now dangerous and needs fixing.
