Traffic light at end of Mabledon Place, leading into Euston Road
Reported via desktop in the Stuck on red category anonymously at 08:53, Tue 20 July 2021
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2876730.
This traffic signal has been reported before: "07:21, 17 Jun 2021, last updated 07:24, 17 Jun 2021" and was said to be an emergency and would be fixed in 24 hours. The problem persists - the signal is stuck at red for lengthy periods and is clearly not detecting cars waiting in front of it. It is only when a pedestrian activates the pedestrian crossing across Euston Road that the light changes. It seems to be linked to the lights at the top of Ossulston Street almost opposite where very long waits have also been observed and go green when, eventually, the Mabledon Place lights go green. I have been stuck at these lights several times now having just delivered an urgent medical sample to the Halo Building in nearby Flaxman Terrace. Thank you for your assistance with this matter.
