Concrete broken, trip hazard and damaging property
Reported via desktop in the Damage - other (bus stops and shelters) category anonymously at 11:17, Wed 21 July 2021
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2879862.
When the bus stop was built the contractors didn't build the pavement to the right level and overlaid concrete on to our driveway to cover the problem.
The concrete is now broken and a dangerous hazard to a disabled resident. This could also be a hazard to pedestrians and lead to further damage of the property from original incorrect construction.
This needs to be repaired as soon as possible.
