Reported via desktop in the Damage - wires exposed category anonymously at 17:48, Wednesday 21 July 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2881158.

Hello, One of our teams (Morrison Energy Services) has damaged an orange traffic light cable whilst excavating. The traffic light was not working prior to the damage apparently but we would just like to confirm/see if someone could come out and check it please? Best regards, Jack

Existing road works blocked our drainage system at 105 Ballards Road. Rain brought lots of water to our door. it was almost flooding but rain stopped. We are under serious risk of flooding due to road work. Can you please sort this out as soon as possible.
