These traffic lights seem to change too abruptly
Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 09:45, Sat 24 July 2021
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2887306.
I use the pedestrian crossing every day to drop my child to school, and every single time cars coming from A206- Horn Lane, find it hard to adjust in time when the lights turn red for them, running the risk of being hit by the following car. In most cases, they run the red light to avoid this. It is confusing, as we cannot safely cross when it's green. I am not sure what the problem is exactly, but this happened enough times, in the past month, to prove that something is wrong.
Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. This has now been investigated and we can confirm that there is a non-urgent fault at these traffic lights.
