No beeps from traffic lights

Reported via mobile in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 07:44, Wednesday 28 July 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2896026.

Yesterday afternoon the beeps on this major crossing were not working I had to assist a non sighted person across this very dangerous crossing as he was very confused. Someone told me this set of lights had recently been changed to gender neutral figures on lights ! Does not help blind people if they don’t check fully working after doing pointless stuff like that IMO. Kindly report urgently thank you very much. J
