Pedestrian crossing lights constantly going red even though nobody there. Happening every morning as I cycle into work. Only been in the job 6 weeks and it took a couple of weeks for me to notice it was happening.

  • Thank you for taking the time to report this issue to us, we appreciate it. We have checked and the traffic lights here are working as intended. These traffic lights use a system called Green Person Authority which means that they are set to remain on the green signal for pedestrians until a vehicle approaches, they will then change automatically to give the green signal to vehicles. Once the vehicles have passed the signals they will change back to green for pedestrians.
