Countdown not working and leaking roof of shelter

Sent to TfL 6 months, 2 weeks, 4 days, 1 hour, 34 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS2905489.

Display is dead and has been for a month. Also water leaks through roof through the light and what looks like an inspection cover. Reported via Twitter a month ago who said they would report to you but did nothing. It is the East Finchley Library stop for the 263 in the direction of Barnet Hospital.

  • This evening in pouring rain water coming in through roof light fitting, inspection cover and another hole making it as wet inside shelter as outside. Countdown still not fixed. Over 2 months since first report. This is complete dereliction of your responsibility.
