Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2910056.

TfL service is DIABOLICAL. Reported six weeks ago - see FMS2814377 - but "Closed" few days later. Still not fixed. Telephoned TfL three times. Even Olivia, TfL Manager cannot tell us WHO wrongly closed this case or WHY, nor is this page updated with apologies or progress. ENOUGH. If not fixed WITHIN SEVEN DAYS the story will be reported to newspapers.
