Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2910070.
TfL service is DIABOLICAL. Reported six weeks ago - see FMS2814377 - but "Closed" few days later. Still not fixed. Telephoned TfL three times. Even Olivia, TfL Manager cannot tell us WHO wrongly closed this case or WHY, nor is this page updated with apologies or progress. Complaint Ref. 15850884 was submitted 29 July but contrary to our request, this website does not reflect that, so public are not informed. ENOUGH. If not fixed WITHIN SEVEN DAYS the story will be reported to newspapers.

We have now referred this to our contractors, and this will be fixed during our next scheduled works, or sooner if possible. If this issue is related to a power outage this may take longer. Further to our update on 3 August 2021. Our electrical team had attended the location of streetlights 0633 & 0637 on Aylmer Road and I want to reassure you that they are investigating further. This has included daytime and night time visits.

Further to our update on 3 August 2021, that was TWO WEEKS AGO, our photographer has now attended the location of streetlights 0633 & 0637 on Aylmer Road and we assure you that reports plus photos are being sent to newspaper editors. Daytime and night time photos included. We have waited long enough.
