Branches hanging over boundary wall of A316 to residential properties of Combe House SW14 7QU

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2911983.
Branches falling in cars in car park and whilst driving to garage area, huge trees not been cut back away from boundary wall since I have lived here, 25 years later they need some attention, apart from the low branches the trees are so high, in the wind it is really scary and often think they will fall and squash our outdoor sheds. Is there a height limit for the trees ? This year it’s the worst I have seen for a long time, have been Dodging the branches, please can someone look into this, the trees nearer to the road are often clipped on regular intervals, the Thames bank footpath and the area around the Thames bank bus stop are very unpleasant, there is a electric substation nearby on A316 and this area is never cleared of rubbish shrubs trees that are dead, really a shame and sadly neglected. Any help looking into this would be amazing.
