Stolen Santander Bike

Santander bike 20769 is being stored in a private communal bike store in the Princes Close development for an extended period (2 months?) It is locked to a rack via the front wheel as you can see in the photo. Ever since this Santander bike arrived in the bike store, the door to the store is routinely left unlocked and there has been theft of other private bikes
