Pothole in depression

Aprox 9 inch by 9 inch depression in the pavement.

We delivered to an address at SM4 5AT which was unloaded by crane, the stabilizing legs for the crane caused a depression in the pavement. Our company is Selco Builders Warehouse, our store is based in Wimbledon, 31-33 Weir road, SW19 8UG, contact phone number is 0208 944 6100. We tried to log with Merton council who told us to contact tfl. Tfl advised we log it online through streetcare. Streetcare's online services sent us to Fix my street.
