Surface water manhole cover (round) been put back upside down??? Large depressions/holes hazardous for pedestrians cyclists and P2W's Perhaps related to surface water flooding in Hook Underpass at weekend?

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within one hour. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.
