No left turn onto Ritherdon Road from A24

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2928306.
The no left turn onto Ritherdon road from Balham High Road must be reconsidered immediately. It forces residents from a number of roads around the Heaver estate to turn left onto Streathbourne Road and then along the now dangerously clogged up (thanks to the movement of parking spaces) Elmbourne Road and then back down Huron, Manville or Bushnell Roads to get to their homes. Non residential traffic trying to get onto the B242 Bedford Hill also uses this route. Elmbourne Road itself is now so jammed up that there is constant road rage with cars frequently either stationary or travelling well in excess of 20mph whenever there is a gap. Turning left from the A24 across the cycle lane into Streathbourne Road is far more dangerous than turning left into Ritherdon Road which is a controlled junction. I fail to see ANY positive from the no left turn into Ritherdon Road restriction and request that the decision is reversed immediately.
