Temporary traffic light lighting is off
Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 13:59, Friday 13 August 2021
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2933631.
The temporary traffic lights installed on this roadwork have a very bad timing - they only allow traffic flow in one direction at a time, whereas there are open lanes in both directions. The whole area is continuously jammed up from Deptford to Rotherhithe tunnel continuously.
Absolutely ridiculous these lights take forever to change. I can’t even make out there purpose. I mean this road is in lewisham so why am I even surprised

These lights make lives of all locals in the area a nightmare. We live in continuous jams utterly unnecessarily. These lights limit traffic in one direction at a time, while there are open lanes in both. Utterly unacceptable.

Absolutely ridiculous the waiting time with these lights. Do not understand the purpose of one direction at the time when both ways are operating fine. Feel like an unnecessary solution which makes everyone’s life difficult. Please change on the timing of the lights.
