Bus route 285

Sent to TfL 22 hours, 42 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS2936766.

Bus route 285 used to enter the station forecourt to get to Heathrow. There is still a bus timetable for route 285 to Heathrow at the indicated location. Waited 1 hour for bus. Never came. Asked several drivers but they could not speak English. Eventually found out that the bus stop had been moved to Hounslow Road. No clear and obvious signs for htis and that a different station exit should have been used. There needs to be a lot stronger signage for airport uses where to take the bus. $31m spent on recent scheme, but good signage not included (or, put up as yet?).
