Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2939137.
There was a pedestrian crossing here it was destroyed when Thames Water had to repair the twice yearly burst water-main. It is used by parents and children going to the Park and Nursery. A formal crossing was deemed needed for safety. Thames Water are under a legal obligation to return the road including crossings to how they were before they destroyed it. TFL keep saying this problem is fixed it is not.
