Lower speed limit or speed camera

Reported via desktop in the Streetspace Feedback category anonymously at 21:32, Monday 16 August 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2939632.

On 12th of August around 3am a car lost control and crashed outside Erding Cottages.

Along A3 (direction towards city center) starting from Stag Lodge Stables up to Roehampton Vale there is no buffer between the footpath and carriage way. At night there are cars that speed in this area. If a car or lorry loses control it can plough through pedestrians or houses.

There has to be either lower speed restriction in this area (considering London is now moving to 20 mph in residential areas), or as a minimum a speed camera covering this section of the road. Thank you.
