Reported via iOS in the Damage - pole leaning / equipment detached from pole/facing the wrong direction category anonymously at 18:38, Wed 18 August 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2944207.

Signal out of alignment again. On the centre roundabout going towards charlton. Suggest putting a swan neck in to prevent it getting hit?
