The traffic light was stuck on red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2944613.

Traffic on other side of the road was flowing as normal, waited at red light for 10 minutes and around 7 cars safely crossed the junction whilst still on the red light as a driver notified me it has been stuck for around 10 minutes for them.
