Branches are too low and covering visibility of the salon front

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2945851.
The branches are hanging so low that they are covering the shop front - the salon's location is perfect for passengers by and drivers but the low branches are in the way and covering the shop front especially from across the road and when driving past.
It is so low that even standing on the same side of the salon it is covering the sign - we have had clients miss the salon and find it hard to find us because of it.
I have also been unable to take professional photographs of the salon for our website and social media due to the branches. The council said that these need to be seen to however they realised we are on the red route and that I would need to contact TFL.
The salon address is BTS BEAUTY 354 Upper Richmond Road West, London, SW14 7JT
This problem has been going on for many months now. I had contacted the council and it just took them 3 months to get back to me to inform me that I would need to contact yourselves.
I have an open evening coming up start of September and really need this to please be seen to asap.
Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. The low hanging branches have been investigated and we have now referred it to our contractors. Any necessary action will be taken in the next 28 days. Should you need anything else or have any questions, you may wish to contact our customer services team on 0343 222 1234
