Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2950303.
The storm drain outside 320/318 Kennington Rd is blocked with leaves and other street debris. The first 4-5inches of the drain has been partially cleared but below that level it is still choked with debris and rain water does not flow away properly, resulting in flooding at the corner and across the pedestrian crossing. The drain is on the road at kerbside at the junction of 320/318 Kennington Road and Windmill Row. Postcode is SE11 4LD. We should be grateful if you would you please fully unblock the drain. Thank you.
