Reinstatement of traffic island

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2955436.

Last year the traffic island removed when the water main burst. This has still not been replaced. Temporary bollards have sat in the middle of the road. What makes it worse is half the street lights where chopped down two years ago so it’s dark at night. This crossing point is used by adults, kids and the disabled to get to the park. When will it be replaced?
