Your service is atrocious

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2957549.

I have reported this problem 3 times; twice you have told me there is no problem, and once you told me I needed to phone your helpline. I tried your helpline at least 5 times yesterday, and once today (all after 9:00 and before 17:00). Each time I get the message "This office is now closed" -> which is probably in breach of some service obligation that TfL has
