I reported this two years ago yes two years it has been flushed out but this does not work it needs unblocking I’ve have continually reported this why is nothing being done

If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.
