Transport for London came and replaced all the paving area in front of our shop and at the time it flooded our basement, I wrote to TFL at the time and had no response and since then we have had a water problem when the rain is heavy. We have been at the premises for 33 years and had no problem before your work had been done, there is obviously something wrong with the drainage in this area. Please if you could investigate the problem.

If the blocked drain is identified as a safety issue it will be made safe within four hours. If it isn't a safety issue, we will aim to resolve it within 28 days.
