Manhole cover A1203, corner Breezer’s Hill and Telfords Yard, eastbound

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2965595.

Extremely noisy and broken manhole , it s also loose and dangerous A1203 is extremely busy and all the car passing on it create disturbance. The label on it is Vodafone , I contacted them and they said TFL should sort it out. This manhole broke many times in the last years, please could you check it and repair it. Thank you

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If it is owned by another company this will be passed to them for a permanent repair.   • This issue has yet to be rectified and is getting worse. I live on Pennington street a good 40m from the damaged manhole cover, but the sound echos down Breezers hill like a gun shot. it is keeping my household awake and causing a great deal of anxiety and stress.
