Seems plastic wastebin has been burnt.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2971744.
Site: London-bound bus stop on Colchester Road, just east of Gubbins Lane. Mass including wastebin (Plastic and metal frame) and contents fused to pavement, which is also damaged.

Still like it on 14/9/21. The melted bin has exposed metal which is a trip hazard.
