May I compliment yourselves on the quick response to my previous report. However at about 10.30pm on9/9/21 your contractors worked for a short filling in potholes by the Bus Stop NOT the depression and crumbling surface I complained about. Upon speaking politely to the Conway contractors I was told that the road is sinking, collapsing and needs rebuilding. Filling won't do much good. But they will report it. In order to clarify the potholes/sinkage they are approximately 45 metres from the junction of Woodyates Road and Westhorne Avenue in the westbound carriageway towards Alnwick Road. Hopefully you can enlarge enclosed photos as in small format they fail to show the true image.
