I’ve just read the above posts and like the people who have posted, feel this needs to be URGENTLY fixed. A manhole cover in the centre of the west heading side of the Highway has become loose and every time a car’s tyre goes over it, it makes a significant noise. This is affecting the quality of life for residents who live within 50 metres of the site. If the manhole cover becomes looser, this could possibly contribute to a road accident and so yes, in my opinion, it is a health and safety hazard. Kind regards, Hugh Flannery 64 Solander Gardens, E1 0DW.
