Drain on kerb/main a127 road

The drain directly outside my property on the A127 is not fixed but apparently you have now closed this report. Your email of the 5th August stated that you have raised an order to repair the sunken inlet gully cover and subsequently asked for photos of the problem that this drain was causing to the main road and the forecourt/drive of my property which I did. The reference of the email you sent me is: CRM001:0179000000786. I have been continuously reporting this problem since the beginning of this year and also reporting that this drain has been ongoing for several years, check past reports. I am angry and disappointed at the service TFL are giving, I have continually rang the telephone number of "0343 222 1234" to enquire for an update but it is continually saying that "this department is now closed" I believe this number to be Customer Services. When are you going to fix this problem and also respond to my photos that were sent showing flooding to my property and the main A127 road?

I am still waiting for a response from TFL with regards to my reporting of the problem of the smashed in drain outside my property at 165 Southend Arterial Road (A127). As per my previous report this problem has been ongoing for months and even longer with the flooding which is now threatening my premises. Do I have to now contact the Mayor's office or do you have an offical complaints procedure?

When is the drain that I have been complaining about for the last year and more going to be fixed. Will it be before I get flooded or after?
