Hoarding licence 11592 removal overdue

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3003896.
Hoarding outside property being redeveloped was licenced on condition of removal by 12 September. As of today, 15 September, it is still in place, taking at least 1m width of footway out of use.
