E318 Footpath Light defective allowing Graffiti on wall of A406

Footpath lamp E318 has been defective for several months allowing Graffiti to be inflicted on adjacent wall of NCR (A406) and also encouraging fly-tipping of sacks of earth and other debris.

This has been reported to our contractors and will be removed as part of our regular cleaning schedule.
