Flooded subway

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS3007051.
This matter needs to be dealt as an urgent matter. Children as young as 10 are walking the across the A1 due to this. This is dangerous and could result to something fatal.

This subway gets flooded each time it rains. And even once it’s drained the water comes back through the drain. Small children, primary school and secondary school children, as well as elderly and other residents all use this subway daily. A permeant solution need to be found to this reoccurring problem. Especially before the winter sets in.

The sub way is still flooded at one end, think is sewerage now. Absolutely discusting TFL have done absolutley NOTHING to clear and solve this ongoing problem.

Customer called to complain the A1 Coutlands Avenue Underpass is flooded and school children are also using the under pass and no action to clean up has taken place.
Customer says this is been in this state for over a week.
